MEMORIAL DAY
It’s hard to believe that we are only about a week away from the unofficial kick-off to summer 2013 with Memorial Day Weekend. It’s also the last Game Shows before we take a one week break.

Before we get caught up in the hoopla, let’s do a category that reminds us of the sacrifice that millions of Americans have made for our freedoms.

The traditional date for Memorial Day was May 30th and is recognized as having been started in Waterloo, New York. In 1968, the date for Memorial Day was changed to the last Monday of May thanks to Congress.
